My case is being processed by MSC.  No word about anything yet.  Claudia's biometrics were scheduled for the day after the offices closed.  No word on the reschedule.

As annoying as it is that your case hasn't processed further, it offers some hope for those of us in "Approval limbo". Hopefully we all get our biometrics appointment letters this week. Seems as though USCIS is randomly assigning them by no particular order known to normal persons.

I am contacting USCIS everyday since Monday. Today also I contacted USCIS and asked when I will receive my biometric letter. Guess what I learned - My EAD and AP is approved without biometrics on 22 July 2020. It will take up to 60 days to receive it and they will contact me if they need my biometrics.

To note:  There is no status update to my EAD and AP in my uscis nor egov sites.

congratulations! hopefully the confirmation letter will be in the post soon.

Congratulations and welcome to the club! Glad to hear that they expect to send you the card and will get in touch if they need bio-metrics. I'll be having my chat with the tier 2 today so hopefully I'll gather some more info.

Congratulations!  Please keep updating us. We really hope you get the biometrics appointment or the EAD card and we are pulling for you. Hopefully you break the “bypass curse” that @fromswedenand so many are experiencing.

Okay! so some promising news, but talk it was a grain of salt. I just got done online chatting with a representative (I've been doing it daily like @Ihatebaseboards). The response I got from him was, drum roooolll, "your case is in queue to be scheduled", I went on to confirm "so on your end they are preparing to reschedule me?", agent: "correct"....again at the end of the chat I tried to reenforce one last time, "as far as what shows up on your end, i am in line to get a scheduled appointment soon. his response: yes, you are. they will process it shortly.

I know this might seem minuscule but this is more information then I have received since March closures, so I'll take it.  He also said its talking between 15-30 days to reschedule these appointment...so I hope all he said is true, but I am taking it as a simple victory for today and hoping for the best. I'll try again tomorrow and see what answers i get. Hopefully is will be consistent with todays.

That's great congrats however.... I wouldn't count your eggs. I was told exactly the same from the tier 1 rep-- to expect card within 60 days-- but when I pressed him and asked unoquivocally that i will not be asked for biometrics before the card comes, he could not answer. SO we went to a tier 2 rep and asked the same thing. They said biometrics will indeed be required to get the card.

In Reddit there is a case of expedited EAD being approved 38 days ago. Biometrics was done few days ago and card went into production today.
USCIS is playing dirty. If you have your case approved then they can not expedite it. So you are stuck at technicality.

Yeah and if you are approved why are you asking for biometrics?, 60 days later: you can't get a card, you need biometrics!

Anyone who filed I 485 on feb 21, have you gotten Ead and AP approved? I filed my I 485 on feb 21st and biometrics on April 4th. Since the Asc was closed they used my old fingerprints. When I check online, it says on April 9th, your fingerprints review is completed but since then no updates on EAD and AP. On june 3rd, my interview is ready to be scheduled for I 485. I see a lot of people who filed on feb 10th,12th ,18th, their ead is approved. Idk if I should wait couple of days to see any updates or contact uscis.

Mine says the same thing for 485, but there's no indication on the 765 that it's completed and USCIS agent says they need biometrics to send me the card.
