No updates here either -- still waiting on a biometrics appointment! We did get the I-693 reminder letter, however, and I've heard that "unofficially" that suggests that our documents have been looked over and are okay. 🤷‍♀️

03/20/20 -- Received NOAs in the mail (I-130/I-486/I-765/I-131)

05/04/20 -- Received I-693 courtesy letter

10/11/20 -- Received biometrics notice (finally! Yay!)

10/21/20 -- Biometrics (I485/I765 Code 3, I-131 Code 2 in Hartford, CT)

10/23/20 -- Biometrics applied to all cases (I-485/I-765/I-131)

10/27/20 -- Case ready to be scheduled for an interview (location unknown 😅)

11/12/20 -- Second biometrics appointment (I-131, Code 2, in Pittsburgh, PA)

01/20/21 -- I-765 Expedite Request Submitted

01/29/21 -- I-765 Expedite Request Approved

02/01/21 -- I-765/I-131 Approved

02/16/21 -- Interview was Scheduled

02/17/21 -- Interview confirmed to be scheduled at the wrong FO, request to reschedule interview initiated

Hello Everyone,

Last Updated February 15, 2020

Attended Biometrics March 13, 2020, Before the whole Shudown began in California.

They are definitely working on February Filers.

Still waiting for our new appointment letter to do biometrics. Our ASC is opening up on the 27th.

Hopefully we won't have to wait too long for the EAD after biometrics are taken, I assume they'll have a lull in processing once they catch up to those who did bio metrics before the cut off.

@tomandkatew24 @Distantlove718

Today my status changed from "New Card Being Produced "

to

"Case Approved"

I also receieved an email that said they sent out the card and if I don't receive it by July 22nd I should email USCIS with the e-request form. Did you ever receieve an email notice with a cutoff date? If not have you updated your notifications on uscis.gov to give you email & text alerts?

Also my I-131 was approved today.

How do you find out when the ASC opens?  We're waiting on Biometrics as well.  Our center closed the day before Claudia's appointment.

Probably my first post, but since we've managed to apparently finish this portion of the journey I figured I'd post our timeline to keep the hope alive for everyone waiting:

2/14/2020 : I-485, I-765, and I-131 sent to USCIS

2/18/2020 : NOA for receipt for forms (don't recall date we actually got the letter)

3/17/2020 : Biometrics for I-485, I-765, and I-131 (beat the closure by about 3 hours!)
6/17/2020 : NOA for approval of I-485 (COA: IR1)

6/23/2020 : Received mailed copy of the approval NOA

7/7/2020:   Received permanent resident green card

Not exactly sure how we skipped right into the permanent resident green card without any interviews, but I'm certainly not going to complain.  I was definitely a slacker in getting my wife's AOS started and we've been married 15 months at this point.  Still quite a bit shy of 2 years though.

This is an amazing journey, lucky you!!! Congrats!!! 🌸
