Thanks for the encouragement. We could definitely use a good sign this week.

Same here, we've been waiting and haven't heard anything from USCIS..

Thank you, hopefully I’ll receive it this week. I received the first 2 March 13th, then biometrics notice on the 17th.

Hoping to get my biometrics notice soon as well. With what’s happening, I’m expecting delays but hoping and praying it won’t be too delayed. Best of luck on yours! ♥️ I just noticed you’re from the 🇵🇭 too. 😅

Lucky! We filed 02/22 and are still waiting.. no replies until today :(

Hope you’ll hear from them soon. If it helps, my received date was the date it was delivered. But my notice date is March 18. So I assume they’re just trying to go through everything submitted before the 24th.

Yes I am! 😊 kumusta? I checked mail today and still didn’t get that letter. Btw, I’m  in MO. My biometrics will be at St. Louis ASC April 1st. I’m unsure if they’d be open. Which state are you in?

I also agree with you, a lot must have rushed to file before the 24th just like I did lol so they’re going through all that pile. Hoping your biometrics notice  will be in the mail soon!

I’m good! How about you? Hindi ako sure if may rule na dapat English lang dito 😅

I saw on a Facebook post that they’re closed until April 7th and might extend further (https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/uscis-response-coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19). Hopefully process will be smooth (and quick). I’m in WI. And thank you, it means a lot! If yours will get rescheduled, I hope it won’t take too long.

Thank  you so much for this. I was confident they would be open on the 1st. 😓Thank God for you. So, do I need to call or should I just wait for the new schedule in the mail?

All you can do is wait now!

Hey Sarge!

Got my packed back and I am putting together the new forms and I am attaching all the old ones that are fine such as the I-130, I-130A, G-1145 and I was wondering if I needed to get a new I-693 that was sealed or if I could use that one that USCiS has already opened.

I’m sorry but I’m honestly not sure. But I saw this (photo attached).

I also got my package returned and I was in the same situation. I would contact the doctor that initially sealed your I-693, and ask them to print the files again, sign it, and reseal it. I talked to two Tier 2 USCIS officers, and they both said that the I-693 needs to be in a sealed envelope. So I contacted my doctor, and she was willing to redo it for only a $20 fee. That way I also got a current signature date which is good. (I believe that the I-693 needs to be signed no more than 60 days before the filing date.)

Sorry you got your package returned! Best of luck of the resubmission!

The reply from @David_Norway

Is what I would recommend to be safe.

‘Sup Kabayans! 😂

i have USPS informed delivery on, and i have received an E-mail showing that USCIS sent me my Biometrics appointment last week Monday.. unfortunately it still has not arrived yet, and probably got lost in the mail.. ☹️

Had to wait a few days (30 days since they received my application) ‘til i could file a case inquiry of “Non delivery of notice” at the USCIS website. (They don’t accept any case inquiries that are less than 30 days old) they responded today via e-mail saying that my AOS application is pending interview.. but nothing about the missing notices in the mail 🤔

Has anybody received separate biometrics appointment letter?

i have already done my I-485 & I-765 Biometrics on March 4/Wed, but today I received an appointment letter for I-131(AP) separately. Will I need to go again?

== UPDATE ===

3/25/2020 : Received a notice letter from USCIS with regards to my I-131 (AP) Biometrics appointment to inform that

USCIS is able to reuse my previously captured(Assume I-485 & I-765) fingerprints and other biometrics.
USCIS will run the security checks and use my biometric data as in the past.

It turned out it is not necessary to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center for biometrics appointment!

                       YAY :)

***************************************************************************************

2/1/2020 : I-485, I-765, I-131 were sent via FedEx to USCIS

2/3/2020 :  Delivered to USCIS in Chicago

2/11/2020 : Received E-notifications from USCIS with case numbers
2/14/2020 : Received NOA1 via post mail

2/21/2020 : Received Biometrics appointment letter

3/4/2020 : Biometrics appointment for I-485 & I-765

3/12/2020 : Received Biometrics appointment letter for I-131 (Scheduled 3/27/2020)

(Called to confirm USCIS Customer Support if it's necessary to do it again. And the rep answered "YES")

3/24/2020 : Checked myUSCIS case status for I-131. The status has changed to "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints

                      Were Taken"

Perhaps your status will change to fingerprints posted to your 131 like some other couples have gotten. I doubt seriously the offices will be open for biometrics on 4/1 but you never know. We'll have to wait and see.

Hi,

I recieved an update on my I-131 last night showing fingerprints were taken so it looks like i dont need to go back again.  I am not sure if they will cancel the appointment and send a letter or i just ignore the appointment.

Same here. I think they figured out that we don't need another set of FP. 😉

Hi @DUMBO and @chxakx. Musta?
