Hi! I filed AOS, EAD and TD last 02/20/20 and recieved notices for both AOS AND EAD 03/12/20 but I somehow haven’t gotten one for the TD up to today. I did receive another letter for biometrics scheduled on 04/01/20 for both AOD and EAD yet still no notice for the TD. Is this normal? I did receive text messages that they received the 3. Should I also be receiving a separate biometrics appointment for the TD?

No biometrics for the AP since it's a combo card with the EAD. Though there is something weird going on with appointments for AP after the other one was already done but I still wouldn't expect that as normal. You still should get a NOA1 for the AP. Wait 30 days and then inquire about not getting it

Okay, I’ll contact them if I still don’t have it this week. Thank you! :)

@wingman23 @Cornflake Your foreign passports, correct? Or the visas within your passport? Just want to make sure.

Foreign passports. They didn't looked at our visas. Appointment letter very important too.

We sent our packet the same day you did. Haven't heard a peep from USCIS on anything.

It's getting pretty frustrating.

What if your foreign passport still has your maiden name in it? Does it need to be changed before that?
