All ASC offices are closed  anyway until at least April 1st so you could not go if you wanted too. If your status updated you should be fine.  Sit back and wait for further instructions.

Thank you for the answering Sarge

Pls stay safe

Has anyone filed on February 22nd?

We filed our Packet (AOS, I-130, I-131 & Employment Authorization) to Chicago and it was received at the Lockbox on February 24th.

So far we haven't heard back, e-mailed the lockboxsupport - no answer until today.

Is anyone in the same boat?

Sorry for any confusing I brought. this page says California ASC closed longer time till April.6

Other ASC offices closed too till at least April.1

USCIS Offices Temporarily Closed to the Public

As of March 18, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has suspended routine in-person services until at least April 1 to help slow the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). USCIS staff will continue to perform duties that do not involve contact with the public. However, USCIS will provide emergency services for limited situations. To schedule an emergency appointment contact the USCIS Contact Center.

All Face to face actions with USCIS are canceled! Offices are still open but not to the public.

My wife completed her biometrics for the I-765 and I-485 on 03/17.  Today she received a notice to do another biometric appointment for her I-131 on 04/01. I didn't think the I-131 needed a separate appointment but reading through this thread it looks like its happened to other people too, hopefully the offices will be open.

Perhaps your status will change to fingerprints posted to your 131 like some other couples have gotten. I doubt seriously the offices will be open for biometrics on 4/1 but you never know. We'll have to wait and see.

Us too but our appointment for the I-131 will be on 03/30. Notice date was before the closure announcement at 03/13. So we plan to walk-in on the 1st, if JAX office is open.
