To ease your mind yes you could confirm. Expect longer wait times on the phone though.

Just called them and they said it’s all good. So I don’t have to do another biometrics for TD. Thank you, Sarge! Stay well.

Just checked our account and saw a pending $1,225 on the credit card. No texts yet.

Application submitted on Feb 23 via FedEx.

Arrived lockbox Feb 26.

Congrats!! Glad all that extra work and last minute scrambling paid off! :D

I'm soon ready to resubmit my application. Finding all the documentation needed for I-944 was a pain, and it's probably going to take them forever to process it now with the lock down and everything, but you just have to comply. I called them, and the Tier 2 officer said "there is no way for you to fight a rejection!".

Best of luck!

I received today my biometrics appointment for April 4th. We live in San Francisco, but the letter says the appointment in a USCIS ASC in Alexandria, Virginia. Anyone knows why they are sending me all the way across the country?

Is your mailing address different from what you put in for your physical address?

Thanks. Yes, it paid off. Still haven’t gotten any texts though.

Good luck on your resubmission. It sucks that “there’s no way to fight a rejection” though.

If your address is correct on your paperwork, it could be an error. Best to call but it'll  be canceled  I suspect  anyway.

This is happening for many many people I think it has something to with that February 24th change over. Things  were fine before that.  How could so many biometrics be needed again? I know it kinda gets under your skin, but there is nothing you can do but comply.

Hi Sarge

Today I got a notice from USCIS said my they took new action on my case so I went online to see I found it says case was updated to show fingerprint were taken for my I-131 already,so now I am confusing should I still need to to on the coming March 24 for the I-131 biometrics taken again?

Tks

Our biometrics was originally on March 19th so we're waiting for a new date. My husband did receive a date (April 3rd ) for his biometrics for the I-131! Hoping to get a new date for his other forms in April as well. Everyone stay safe 😊

All ASC offices are closed  anyway until at least April 1st so you could not go if you wanted too. If your status updated you should be fine.  Sit back and wait for further instructions.
