So we got our rejection letter today. The NOA says it was rejected because we used expired forms...and all the forms show that the expiration date is in the future. Nothing about the I-944. So do I just include that form now and re-print and re-submit all the other paperwork?

Its outdated not because of the expiration on the top right corner of the page but because of the version located on the left corner side of the form. You have to download all the updated versions of the form ( I-485, I-864, I-131 and I-765) and include the new I-944 form.

Wooooo! So even though the expiration is in the future it doesn't mean your form is actually valid! How amazing....

Yup. Because of the implementation of the new rule they have to revise the forms especially the i-485, they added questions that is connected to  i-944 public charges.

Thanks for the info. Downloaded the form on Feb 18th, filled it out and sent it 10 days later. Guess it's my fault for not keeping up to date on these forums :)

Just resubmitted my I-765 form. They lost my previous one that was included when I sent my AOS form. Tier2 customer support is no help at all.

The I765 form hasn't changed yet but will change 04-20-2020. We can still use the 2018 version.

Hi! I just got a new mail last week for a biometrics appointment for my travel document but I had biometrics on March 4th for AOS & EAD. The schedule of the new biometrics for TD is on March 27th. However, the other day I received an email notif that they took an action on my case. When I checked it on myuscis, it says that my biometrics for Travel Document has been completed.

My ASC is in Detroit and its closed starting March 18 until further notice because of Covid19.

Anyone who has a similar experience?

P.S. Just to add, yesterday I received another email about my case and it’s a RFE for my AOS. Mail is on the way so I will know exactly what they need.

Hehe thank you @Sarge2155! It’s so important that we have people like you here who we can ask.

My husband was joking that it seems they have so much time now to process cases. 😅 Anyway, should I confirm to USCIS that my biometrics for travel document is completed or I’ll just let it go since it’s already updated on my myuscis account?

Also yeah I’ll just work through the RFE and provide what they need. I’m actually happy that I got RFE because that just means they are working on my case. Just trying to be positive amidst the current situation we all in.

P.S. Hope everyone are safe!

To ease your mind yes you could confirm. Expect longer wait times on the phone though.
