Same-ish timeline and still nothing for me either! Trying to remain calm 😊

Hang in there.  We are two days behind you on the date and just got our texts last night.

As Sarge so perfectly states.  Wait 30 business days and THEN freak out.  But not before then.

(Best 11pm text you will ever get out of the blue though !)

If he is AOSing then why would he not be entitled. I'm  not real sure but I'm sure someone will be along soon to add to this.

Mails received yesterday and I can confirm that I'm missing my I-765 notification. I'll try to contact USCIS on Monday. The other applications for me and my son were received and acknowledged.

Biometrics for me (I-485) is on 03/17. Son's I-485 and I-765 will be on the same day too. We'll probably drop in next week once I sort out my missing I-765.

So if i decide to only send my most recent tax year return do i still have to write on part 24.b and 24c the previous 2 years of income?

Thanks

Yes you do have to include the amounts for all years. Unless you did not file taxes for one or more years, then you check box 25 and attach supporting evidence regarding why you did not, or could not, file taxes for each of those years.

Hey, quick question. Does anyone know if you can reschedule the biometrics appointment? I haven’t gotten the letter yet but I am fearing that the appointment is gonna be super soon and during a time that is not very convenient for us. We just recently bought a house and are moving within the month. Also, the worst part is, we live 600 miles away from the field office, so flying last minute is ridiculously expensive for a 5 Minute appointment and driving there is going to take us at least 10 hours so I would like to be able to make some changes in case the scheduled appointment is not a good day for us.

It's not a problem, call uscis, you will be transferred to a tier 2 officer and they will send you a new letter.

Had biometrics appt this afternoon in Brooklyn My husband waited about an hour for his number to be called but then the actual fingerprinting and photo took just a few minutes.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the case status to be updated that his biometrics are complete?

We have the same timeline and have not received any notifications yet😔

Don't worry, I'm in the same boat as you! Mailed via USPS on Feb 21 and they received it Feb 24. Let's hope we hear back this week! 🙂They probably have soooo many last minute submissions, so I am sure they are busy haha (least that is what I tell myself!)
