Ours changed to 'RTS' on August 17. Early this week we got our interview set for Nov 18. According to the letter the notice was dispatched on October 17.

My case just updated to fingerprints taken.  Only received the notification from the Lawfully app, haven’t checked the website yet.

Thank you!! We don’t know if we’re approved yet. At the interview they asked for an I944, which we didn’t include because our postmark date is before feb 24. I explained how it’s supposed to go off mailing date and they said they never heard of that. So we’re waiting to see if we’ll have to submit it. We’re praying we don’t as it’s a very time consuming form and it’s the reason we rushed to file.

Did you send it through USPS or private couriers? I’m thinking of printing out their website message saying that if they end up asking me for the I-944.

We sent through FedEx and I definitely recommend printing it. Our adjuster asked if we had a printed copy of the page.

Great news guys, our case what approved!!! We had a PD of Feb 24 and did not submit an I944. The interviewer was going to submit an RFE for it but we convinced him to look into it further. If you want to know more about our interview let me know.

We had our interview Wednesday and now we are officially approved.. Thanks to everyone for the support... What a amazing ride it has been.

Sure, 

 

They only asked my wife a few gotcha questions.. But it was mostly like what's my name, birthday, where we live, what we did for veterans day... The guy approved us on the spot.

Mine too and also the 485 changed to “ready to be scheduled for an interview”. Apparently since the 23rd! The 131 still hasn’t changed. Keeping my hopes high!
