Good morning friends.

Big news here! I'm receiving 3 letters from USCIS, only two arrived today weird!

No updates online in my case.

The two letters were both i-797 NOA, one approving my i-131 the other approving my i-765.

I'm kind of worried about the third letter that didn't arrive as I saw it on email scans.. Do you think I should call USCIS?

Also from this point on I can ask for a tracking number for my EAD right?

Have a great day!

Will the EAD come in a National Benefits Center envelope?

Hi! What did you receive was it the NOA I-797 saying EAD was approved or something else?

PD: 2/24

Biometrics: 04/02 (Cancelled)

Courtesy Letter: 06/04

Biometrics: 10/19 (I-485 and I-765: Code 3)

Second Biometrics: Received on 10/23 (I-131) for November

I received a second biometrics notice for the I-131 just days after the first biometrics. Has anyone else had this yet? If so, did you receive a mail saying they will reuse the I-485/I-765 biometrics for this as well?

We’ve just received a second biometrics appt...which is pointless. Yet no EAD APPROVAL.  Also, he has already taken his biometrics for AOS/EAD but the second notice is for AP & EAD??? Does anyone know why he has received a second biometrics for EAD If his fingerprints have already been applied. I’m thinking it’s an accident but hoping this isn’t the delay for his approval.

Hi! All this USCIS situation is so weird.. So I received the third letter today!

As I've told you guys yesterday I received an I-797 NOA approving my EAD and my Advance Parole.

Today I checked my mail and guess what? I have a biometrics appointment scheduled for November, case type: i-131, i-765.

I already did biometrics once in August for i-485, i-765. I totally regret asking for a combo card now lol.

Oh boy haha. Thats annoying

I got my EAD approved about a month ago, received it in the mail a week later. But its not a combo card and o never received an appointment for I-131. And my case status still says "case received". Maybe you'll also just get the EAD? Who know, nothing at USCIS makes sense😅

Meanwhile, I also received my interview notice for next month btw! It all went so fast after that stupid biometrics appointment...
