Hello everyone. I need to upload IRS transcript or federal tax return to nvc. Now I wanna know if I have to upload all pages of tax return including (nyc state tax returns and w2s)? Or just the federal tax return part?

This thread is for AOS from K1 visa we don't  upload to NVC here. Perhaps  you need to get that answer from another thread concerning your type  of adjustment/visa.

Hey guys & gals!

I know a good amount of us have sent of our packets and are awaiting AOS. I have just a few questions... maybe you can point me to the right thread?

🔵 Assuming the EAD gets approved, I'm guessing one would have to get an SSN before working? If so how do we rectify that with AOS, especially if on the AOS application, we put that we didn't file for an SSN?

🔵What things could we be doing now to prepare for the interview? I peeked a bit at the Jan 2020 AOS filers. I think someone mentioned something about joining my spouse's name to everything I own (bank, house, car insurance) any other tips?

Did you not apply  for the ss card already? You should be gathering things to prove your marriage is bonafide and real i.e., joint bank account, joint taxes, joint names on Bill's. Insurance, lease, a will, pictures etc. Collect all what would apply to you file in shoe box or freezer zip lock bag. Once it's  time for interview  place in order and boom your done!

My AOS packet was received on 2/27.

Check was cashed on 2/28

I looked at USPS informed delivery, and the NOA1 letters are arriving.  There are 3 letters from Lee's Summit Missouri in today's shipment.

There's also a check from my insurance company for being "Claims Free" for the past few months.
