My ASC is in Tukwila / Seattle, and it took 5-ish months (with the help of my Congressman) to get that appointment.

I had to commute since parking there was expensive, and the office is weirdly not in a busy area. They would only let the one with the appointment in, unless you need a translator, 15mins before you are scheduled.

Process took about 20 mins since mine kept showing errors because of my Clammy nervous hands. 😂

Wow! What a story. Yes the time to get an appointment is between 3.5 months to 5.5 months. I see you had an RFE. This might get it worst :(

So my biometrics were taken way back on one of the last days before the covid closures (I think it might have literally been the last day).

Got my EAD and AP a couple weeks ago which is awesome. So people who did biometrics in August got their EAD and AP around the same time? That's nice.

Any idea how long it takes from now to the Green card?

I think, nobody knows how long it's gonna take, even USCIS 😁

Lol probably. To be fair the timing wasn't much worse than the estimates were before covid hit, right? I was expecting it as late as july.

I mean, regarding EAD, probably it's more/less the same. I got my card a month ago, approved two months ago. But if we are talking about an interview, I don't know. Cause I saw only few people (February fillers) who already got their interview scheduled.

I didn't receive my EAD yet, bio on 13 August. I'm not sure you can guess when the green card interview will be, if everything goes well it should be by the Timeline, normally takes 1 year for AOS I think

just the appointment letter & passport like they say on the letter? anything else?
trying to mentally and physically prepare for Wednesday.

appointment letter, passport and marriage certificate since my last name is not changed on my passport. they didn't end up looking at my marriage cert., but I recall someone mentioning they were asked for it earlier in the forum! it was super easy and stress free, you got this :)

Don’t forget the filled in worksheet. It’s not of any importance but they will be looking for it when you get in.

Just requested a tracking number for my EAD via Emma (thanks to @mat2291) and it should arriving today, along with my approval letters!

Yay!!! I’m glad you were able to use Emma to your advantage. It’s useful to some extent especially for info that you can get from Tier 1. Calling can be stressful.
