No.

Today there is only one form type "All other applicants for advance parole"

Yesterday, there was a line above that " Applicants fo I-485 Adjustment of Status". They have now removed this line. Hopefully we are now included in "all others"....

I get what you are saying but yesterday’s processing time is moot at this point since it is not current. What is current is that the line that says “All other applications” doesn’t have a reference as to what the others is based from so at face value, it would be a safe assumption that we fall under the same processing time as all other applications. Either that or they’re just slow to update with the new processing time for family based I-131s, in which case the prior assumption would still stand as it is the current one.

Hello everyone. I called USCIS yesterday asking about my I-765 because I got my biometrics done about 2 weeks ago and still have not received any updates in my account (I am not approved yet) She said the normal processing times for this application is 6 months and I am 5 months and 2 weeks in. I also asked about biometrics for I-131 and they said since my application is family based and since I applied for a combo card, I would not need to go back there for another biometrics appointment. I also asked about premium processing times and she says I do not qualify to request that - my type of application does not allow me. So I guess I will just stay waiting..

I would second this.

It actually was already "all other apication" like a week ago; at least for me that's what it said. And I was able to make a service inquiry online then, so I think they just made it one big category. So I wouldn't worry about that.

If you have any news let us know.

Some cases sometimes don't receive updates but they move on.

I did have an update saying my biometrics were applied to my case, and also that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I did my biometrics on 13 August.

Now I'm just hoping that my i-765 (EAD) receives an update

EAD updated to "card has been mailed to me" as of last night. Time to start job hunting!

(AP still says "approved", though!)

My EAD / AP were approved on the 21st while the physical notice said it was approved on the 20th.

My first Biometrics appointment was 4 days after. I’ve sought help from my Local congressman and it seemed to have worked. 😅

AP status is still approved, while EAD went from approved to “fingerprints applied” 😁

i would like to think since it’s a combo card, AP’s status won’t matter as long as EAD updates. I hope.

Called to Uscis today again,  because on Monday they said that they gonna send some request to check about my biometrics and I was supposed to get an email update about it. Tier 1 officer was super nice and transferred me to a Supervisor officer.

I'm shocked after a call from the Supervisor officer.  She was rude, she didn't let me ask a question,  she was saying that other people waiting and just hung up, and she was screaming.

I was nice, quiet, and polite, and just wanted to ask what is the status of this request.

Plus that most officers are nice but can't help, but this time it what something.

Yes. I reached out to my Senator first, but her office just gave me the same response i’ve heard 200000x

Then, I wrote a letter to my Congressman ( alongside the privacy form they send for you to sign ) explaining the financial stress my situation gives, especially since i had to wait a year to save up money just for this and that I couldn’t take care of my problems that need Medical attention.

I missed the window to apply for an SSN, and can’t pay out of pocket without an Insurance.

I’m really really glad they were able to help me. Lucky, in fact.

If you think it's taking too long, try your Congress ppl from your state too! They need to know how slow USCIS is now and how it's hurting ppl

My congressman will look at it for you if your case is outside of normal processing times. Appreciate those have recently changed but it’s always worth contacting them, the worst they can say is no.

Where is everyone looking for updates? I was using myuscis but got a notification from Lawfully, an app I’d forgetten I’d signed up for,  this morning telling me of changes to 2 of my pending applications. I checked myuscis and those same updates were not showing there. But if I put my receipt number into USCIS case tracker it does show the same updated status as Lawfully has and which Case Tracker app has( fingerprints applied). Nuts!

I had my biometrics at 9:00 AM today.

I changed my name so they ask me for my marriage certificate to be sure, I didn’t have it with me but the officer looked at my visa (K1 holder) and then he asked me my husband name then he say ok everything’s fine cause u have his name in your visa. Everything went well and fast I think 10 minutes.

My question... I’m 6 months today since my AP and EAD was received, should I call for an expedite or just wait, even more?

My case was updated today to “case is ready for an interview”

EAD to fingerprints were taken

nothing on AP

PD is FEB 24

Ooh interesting, yes please keep us updated!

Keeping you updated. My card was mailed Wednesday and it surprisingly got delivered today. It’s a combo card. My I-131 still says approved and no biometrics were applied to it yet.
