i think everything depends on them getting funding so they can stop the furlough.  Senate cant seem to do anything for people while they are taking the important Siesta in their homes while Rest of america are dying of hunger and frustration due to unemployment

This one really irked me the most. How can they even call themselves public servants??! How do they sleep at night?

Right. At first I got excited because I thought they’d let us use the NOA to work but it’s only approval notices which is such a small amount of people who even got one. And no updates on how long after biometrics to get the approval and if they’re still delayed why is there a cutoff of tomorrow???

you can ask the help desk to send you the scanned version as you have a job and need documentation . i think Tier 2 has access to the documents.

duh

majority of them all old boomers (70's to 90's ) who have been there so long they have forgotten what is work.  I mean just look at all of them. Old and Lazy and non functioning people who have been there too long .

We had biometrics a week ago and finger print review completed etc does that mean approval? Does that mean we can get a scanned copy? It’s confusing in this limbo

Jeez, it makes me so upset when I read may/june filers complain about their processing times.

Then again, this guy's category is c8, so maybe that made a difference

Exactly! I didn’t even bother checking because I know it doesn’t apply to me 🤣

Even July filers. Haha! I feel bad but we’ve been waiting since February 😳

Also, I just tried to put in a service request for my AP at least, since the date for inquiry on that one now is March 20th or something. I also got the error message that my case was still within regular processing times, like some of you did a few days ago.

Like what? No, it's not.  What is going on there? Did anybody ever figure out why that message comes up and if there's anything we can do about it?

Late to the party here - Manhattan K1-AOS filer from February 24th. Biometrics on March 24th were cancelled. I was told to expect a new biometrics appointment in the mail within 30 days of the ASC opening (Which is today), just got off the phone with USCIS:

I was told now the ASC has 90 days to reschedule biometrics... Also that Tier 2 representatives can no longer schedule in biometrics.

Its now 9 months without work, which is fine, however I am a software engineer with customers waiting and it is making me cringe to have to tell my customers I can't start work for them.

This has been fun.

Welcome to our Hotel California 🔥

You can check out any time you'd like, but you can never leave.

Biometrics don't matter as much now if you've been approved-- have you?

Did you ever get your EAD approved since Feb?
