Getting a little concerned... our appointment notice was generated on Monday, but we've yet to get it in the mail and it's not in today's informed delivery...

Same. Call next Monday. Tier 2 officer I spoke to who said I was scheduled for Aug 25th told me I can call if I don’t receive my notice after a week. They can send me an email version of that notice.

It most likely is because of the USPS delays which he also mentioned was causing some appointments to arrive late.

This is awesome news!  Were they able to confirm the appointment is for August?  If the appointments comes in for September they are useless if the offices are closed as planned.

She said she can't see the date from her end so idk when it'll be lol but I hope its for August! If we haven't received the notice by mid next week, I'll call back!

Thoughts and prayers to everyone.  It's a do-or-die two weeks here.

Ask for a Tier 2 officer. They’re the only ones who can see the actual date of appointment. Tier 1 officers can only see when the notice was generated. That should be a good enough reason to be transferred to a Tier 2 (which is what I did).

Thank you! I'll call back and do just that!

I can’t believe we’re on this messy boat. It’s so messy that we’re doing all these out-of-the-box things just to nudge our applications. It’s crazy.

You’ll have to call on Monday. You can only ask to be transferred to a Tier 2 from 8-12nn eastern.

Ok, so this is update on my case, so I send everything on feb 28, no biometrics no nothing. Called uscis almost every week, same answer, wait. This week I called 3 times, two times nothing and last time... Now I see, your case is on hold from jun 10 😳😳😳. What? Why? What that mean is on hold?? So, I don’t know, I’m going to transfer your call to tier 2 agent. Ok. 7 hours later. Officer: I don’t know why, case seems fine to me, I’m gonna send request to center you gonna receive email from me in 15 min to confirm, and in two weeks you gonna receive response. And one day later I still did not get email... Called uscis again, she told me to spell her my email, an she says it is wrong, but she can’t tell me email address that she have. SO now I’m waiting again for officer to call me. Sorry for my bad English,  I’m So tired people😤🥺🤒😷🥱😵

I would suggest getting your representatives involved. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But that service request that they put on your behalf is worth nothing, to be honest. One had also been put under my I-485 2-3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been assigned to anyone at NBC. Tier 2 officer I spoke to said that it will take 30-60 days for that service request to have some sort of “action” and even then, it’s not a guarantee that they’ll actually do anything.

Hang in there. We’re behind you.

You may be able to ask the pdf copy of your biometric appointment letter, and my experience (I'm not saying my experience can be generalized.) is that it takes 1 week these days so that you probably will get the physical letter by next Monday, I  guess.

I called them and asked to speak to Tier 2 agent on the day they scheduled me and she was able to send me the Appointment notice on my email within 5 minutes after the phone call. Tier 1 said that they are unable to do this but you can try.

Maybe call and ask them to send it to your email

Thanks for advice guys. I have a PDF copy of it but it says COPY in a big watermark. Will they let us in with that?

did you try printing it? it showed COPY on the computer on mine too but when it printed I couldn't see it anymore. Kinda weird but it was almost looking like the original.
