Just checked the USCIS website and our status has changed to: "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" for AOS.

Still no word on the EAD card given that we've been Approved and have completed Biometrics. Hoping that it's not stuck in limbo as it's been completed out of order.

Yay, Congrats!!

Quick questions did you give biometrics? On your timeline it seems like you had an appointment 4/8, but did you get a rescheduled one since reopening or were you approved without bios?

They use my old biometric that I gave them 4 or 5 years ago :)

Hello. Did your AP update like AOS/EAD? My AP is still received. 😳

My AP status didn't update either (but it was approved in May). My friend that went for biometrics twice already - once for AP, and then for AOS/EAD - his AP cases didn't update either

I am tracking 5000 cases on the case tracker app.
it’s pretty easy and gives me a sense of what’s happening in general

Oh gotcha, thanks for sharing that info!

Btw, some interesting news: One of my friends who filed in April was told on an Emma chat the other day that they expect to schedule bios by today, 8/13, and that she should call if she doesnt get any updates by today. Has anybody heard about anything like this? I've only been getting the "you're not scheduled yet, wait 90 days" spiel.

I write this with tears in my eyes. My husbands opt expired in early July. It’s been over a month that he can’t work. Our receipt date was Feb 24 but still no biometrics appointment! I’m feeling so helpless and desperate. Is there anything we can do?

Feb 25 here -- still waiting! I know it's difficult and frustrating, especially with job loss thrown into the mix. I'm rooting for you!! ❤️

Good to know they're getting close to the Feb 25 PD though -- mine's outside normal processing times in 10 days, so I'm hoping for movement so that I don't have to start bugging them about it.

10/21/20 -- Biometrics (I485/I765 Code 3, I-131 Code 2 in Hartford, CT)

10/23/20 -- Biometrics applied to all cases (I-485/I-765/I-131)

10/27/20 -- Case ready to be scheduled for an interview (location unknown 😅)

11/12/20 -- Second biometrics appointment (I-131, Code 2, in Pittsburgh, PA)

I think if they stay on track 2/25 should start getting approvals next week or maybe tomorrow( fingers crossed)Usually approvals happen on Wednesday to Friday. Very few on Mondays. Not sure why. Maybe to not overload the computers
