Haven’t even been approved for EAD yet. Just waiting for a few days before calling for an expedite again. I need to work! It’s been 6 months!! 😭

Let us know if yours changes to produced. Thank you.

Ya, I have not been approved yet. This sucks.. just hoping for some updates soon

Same here. It's so strange how they process cases. I figured my EAD case would be fairly quick, since I had gotten approved for one before. It stinks, hopefully we'll all get updates soon

I tried expediting but they need biometrics. As soon as my status gets updated, I’ll call. 😅

Yo that's craaaazy

Tell me about it. This is why I get really frustrated when April to June filers get scheduled first. Haven’t seen any July filers yet, but who knows

Are the April to June filers you have seen at the same ASC as you? If not you can't compare it. For the whole AOS package it's hard to compare timelines. It only works within the same ASC and LFO and even then you don't know the circumstances of every case.

Personally, I have seen both April and June filers get appointments at my ASC, filing the same application type as me.

You are of course right that we can't know the exact circumstances of those applications. It's still very, very frustrating though.

I agree with what you said, like I’ve been saying the past couple of weeks on here — I am aware that every case is different, ASCs as well, and so on. Some people who filed later will get their appointment/combo card/GC first, I’ve seen timelines of different people, but it doesn’t change the fact that it still gets really frustrating. I’m happy for them but I want to be happy for me as well 🤣

so i learnt something from a little bird

May/June was a priority for I-539 applicants.

June/July was a priority for I-751/I-829 application ( ROC applicants)

August/September is a priority for I-765/I-131/I-485 applicants

Perhaps that is what reps are calling phase 1,2,3 at USCIS.

duh

If the furlough happens in septembeer and we get no bio appt for august, we're stuck on the system.

Oh well that's interesting. That would actually make sense with the phases they keep referring to. If thats the case, they could've just communicated that though...

Was the little bird a USCIS employee?

I honestly think that the furlough will happen unfortunately. The democrats will let it happen so they can blame Trump before the election.

There's a dump truck worth of things to blame Trump for before the election and unfortunately the woes of USCIS don't even measure on the radar of most Americans.

Wow. Yours is indeed a special case. You mentioned that you filed FB? Is it marriage based or other FB? And then your EAD/AP haven’t been approved and you’ve never had your biometrics taken but you got the notif of card being produced? Did it ever go into approved state before it said mailed?

Since you’re on H1B, I’m assuming you have provided previous biometrics on your current non-immigrant visa? But you never got the notif that your biometrics are being re-used?

Lol, apologies for the barrage of questions.
