Agreed. It's just ridiculous, unfair, and disrespectful, because our livelihoods  depend on those damn biometrics.

 

I was a little optimistic after all the good news last week that I may finally get a new appointment this week. But after checking informed delivery every morning as soon as I wake up and being disappointed every single day, I'm back to being pissed off.

Yep exactly. What they are doing is the very definition of arbitrary and capricious. I hope someone takes them to task for this. There is NO REASON why loads of April and May filers are getting appointments before us.

Seriously. I would love to hear their reasoning behind what the they're doing... 

 

Also hey, you also had them put in a service request for you, right? Did you ever hear anything? I haven't heard anything yet, nor did my case status update or anything. Do you have any better news on that front?

Nope. The service request just said it has not been assigned. Likewise my request to ombudsman has not been replied to and Ombudsman says they have 60 days -- HAAAHAHAHA

Those SRs are not very useful. I had my biometrics yesterday, and the SR I raised in July is still not assigned to anyone

i think no one at USCIS gives an inch about helping cause the bullocks govt knows there is nothing you can do. there is no consequence for being efficient.  Help desk are bunch of 5$ dollar workers who basically are working at slave wages. they have no incentive to take a personal look at any one's case. they read from the card board and close the case. 

 

i raised an expedited in Feb that is still sitting not processed. iam told i have to wait. i hope some one blows up the entire organization for good and replace it

Just had a weird update that my interview was cancelled or descheduled. Never had one scheduled as far as I know. Lol still no update on ead 😩

This is in no way acceptable. You need to pursue every avenue. I am going every route.

I’ve been reading a lot since February. I am a February filler based on K1 visa. My biometrics were canceled due to covid you all know my ASC opened on July 27th today I decided to call USCIS I speak with an agent and I tell them that I want to re schedule my Biometrics appointment the officer told me that he can’t and I just need to wait for the letter to come and if it didn’t come on a 90 days period they will re scheduled one for me. I tell them that I want to speak to a tier 2 they took my info and I had to wait like an hour. Tier 2 asked me some personal info and just scheduled me and appointment for AUGUST 24TH. FINALLY!! 🎉🎉
