You might get NOA1 text message these two days

Mine timeline is credit card cashed on Feb.13 and got the NOA1 case numbers just this Monday Feb.18 at 11:18 PM late night

I never got the text message but I did receive the NOA 1 with case numbers for:

I-485

I-765

I-131

on Wednesday February 19th, 2020. Yay!! 🤗

However, it might have came earlier, I just happened to check the mailbox that day. Apparently, the letters were postmarked and sent from USCIS on Feb 14th. I believe they are supposed to send a biometrics appointment to us at some point?? 🤷🏿‍♀️

Wow this is very quick! Congrats! 🤗 Are you also a February filer? Did you do Biometrics already?

We mailed Claudia's packet to the USCIS service center in Chicago yesterday.

In addition to the AOS, we included the EAD and AP applications.

I anticipate that it will arrive on Thursday 2/20 and hope that we have the NOA1 by Thursday 2/27.

My bank account will shed a tear when that $1225 check is cashed.

I had a heart palpitations when mine credit card got charged hahaha! Congrats!

No this couple is not a February  filer. I think they are letting Texas filers know. I think they are August filers. Not sure why they posted here!

Not sure why you posted this here other than to let a Texas filer know. Your process was expedited according to your time line, so I'll keep my negative thoughts to myself. Those of us that wait and understand what we were getting into with a K1,  expediting is a sour note among some.

Yesterday we submitted our I-130/I-485/I-765/I-864/I-131 via FedEx. It’s scheduled to be delivered today by noon (on schedule). My husband is currently on F1, OPT. We realized after mailing we didn’t send a copy of his EAD (literally beating ourselves up over this). Will we likely get an RFE for the I-765 or could it affect all the forms?

Additionally, he does not have an original birth certificate and his country of origin does not keep records of birth certificates for people born before 1992 (this is documented). We wrote a letter explaining all this, referencing US government sites that explain it too. We also included secondary evidence: attestation of birth from the government agency that issues birth certificates in his home country and an affidavit to the federal high court from his mother (we would have done father too but he’s deceased). But we’re really worried that we’ll get an RFE regarding this and we don’t know what other documents we could submit.

This process is so stressful!!!

I was super hopeful that we were going to file in February, but we are still waiting for both our marriage license and the medical stuff to get finished up.

I am very lucky because I live in Illinois and it seems for the moment can continue to use the "old forms"

I have pretty much everything ready, just need to add the marriage certificates and the i-693 transcription info as soon as we get it.  Hoping we can get it all sent off before they announce that Illinois gets told to move over to the new stuff as well.

But I might be one of the first new March filers in that group, whenever it starts, at this point!

Congrats to everyone that has filed so far.

Oh wow you dodged a bullet living  in Illinois, very good! Yes best to file ASAP because you never know these new rules change like day and night.
