spoke to another Tier 2 officer yesterday. He read the same blah blah blah blah. keep waiting cause we dont have any information even though we work there. I asked him to transfer to his supervisor as i got tired of hearing the same blah blah blah blah. Supervisor was patient to understand but does not know why i dont have biometrics done for this long.

He open another service case to be sent to CSC to enquiry. I have had like 15 service requests open in the last 2 months. They open, send a blah blah template email and than case completed by a robot. This time my template for email is different. here is it below

Strange. My case timing is very similar to yours - filing just before public charge deadline (late Feb), medical RFE late April, RFE response mid-May, EAD/AP approved May 19, biometrics tomorrow code 3. What does your status say - "case received"?

Roughly 50% of cases around mine are in either "case received" or "fingerprints fee received", FB+EB mixed. Did you submit medical with your application? From my tracking I can tell that RFE'd cases see more movement, potentially because USCIS gets a kick if something arrives for the case...

Well, hopefully this time there will actually be results... which also makes me wonder why this revice request suddenly is different than all you older ones? Noting makes sense at USCIS

Also, do they always send an email after a service request was made? The tier 2 officer I talked to on Thursday said she opened one but I never got an email or case update online.

Yes there's movement, for late Feb also. It also depends on when your ASC reopened, mine was July 13. Some didn't reopen until July 27 so easily 2+ weeks lag. On top of that there is a dependency on a previous (cancelled) appointment - those who had it tend to get scheduled earlier. Also i have 2 friends that were scheduled for biometrics ahead of me, we all were 2-3 days apart each, for late March. Re-scheduled appointments were at least a week apart each

i dont think there is a logic to it. i have seen people who have filed in June get appointments at the same ASC. It is a whacko organization. too big, too slow , too disorganized, too much bueracracy and white house changing goal posts every 3 months.

June people are within a different scheduling window. There's a mountain if cases for February (and January I believe) so that window moves slower
