Help please!!

I’m sending my AOS from k1 visa tomorrow.

How I should send the payment?
Can be a money order on the amount of 1225? Or just a personal check!

Personal check is better than a money  order  insofar as tracking. In my opinion. But either will work.

I filed on the same day and got confirmation from UPS that it was received in their mailroom but so far no email or text and they haven't cashed my check yet. Did you get confirmation of your payment being received?

I imagine that that office is getting swamped with people wanting to get their applications in prior to the deadline.  It looks like it's taking about a week for checks to be cashed and email/text notifications to be sent.

Mine was received yesterday.  Hopefully we'll get notification by next Friday.

Hello guys,

We just sent our package off this morning 02/21/2020 with today's date as postmark . Usps says it should be there by  Monday 02/24/2020. Since its postmarked before 24th does is it safe and does it matter if they receive it after 24th as long as its postmarked before 24th ? I pray its accepted.

I just left the post office and dropped my package off. I asked if it would be postmarked today and she said, "any mail that comes in today is postmarked with today's date," so I'm sure you are good!

yes, according to USCIS its the postmark that counts.

Id advise anyone sending today to get it sent express though, just to be safe.
