Thank you, @Verteres, his was very helpful! To confirm, do I leave travel document number blank? As for the NIV number, I see it on my Visa and it is in a red text, so hopefully that is the right number haha. Also, I entered through Buffalo, NY but live in Philadelphia, PA - so I put Buffalo as my last arrival place.

Edit: ah, I answered my own question - I do leave travel document blank! The stress is getting to me hahah.

You're on a roll lol. Yeah, it is the red text and for last place of Arrival it would be buffalo, NY because it is where you entered through and were admitted. Come on we can do this before the 24th!!!!!!

This is the most stressful time of my life right now lol. I have to get like 10 complicated AOS applications out of here by Friday and next week I have my California Bar exam on Tuesday and Wednesday. This site helps me release stress, so I love all you guys hahah.

It means that on the 24th they will not accept any of the old forms (I-485) whether you file electronically or mail them in. If you do  use them on the 24th they will reject the entire packet.

I am on the electronic path. There are multiple submit buttons. I am not sure the Feb24 deadline is applicable for which submission. If they see the I864 is an independent submission, then I can submit I864 old form this week.

DS-260 - submit

I864 - submit

civil doc - submit (this is the final submit for whole application). <-- I am still collecting doc and won't catch the Feb24 date.

We mailed Claudia's packet to the USCIS service center in Chicago yesterday.

In addition to the AOS, we included the EAD and AP applications.

I anticipate that it will arrive on Thursday 2/20 and hope that we have the NOA1 by Thursday 2/27.

My bank account will shed a tear when that $1225 check is cashed.

Hi again everyone!

For the Affidavit of Support form, 'Part 5. Sponsor's Household Size'. Our household consists of myself and my husband (two people). Since we put '1' for section one, do we also put '1' for married and only total it to two? Do I leave that section unmarked? (it makes sense to put '1', since we are now married but it just threw me off a bit ha!) I added a photo, since my statement is a but confusing. It automatically puts '1' as household size, which I will need to change.

Yes your MSC numbers 3 each if you submitted  all the forms. You will get 3 letters from NBC each with   one MSC number. If you requested to be notified by email or text they will also send the numbers that way also, but it'####### and miss they don't always send the text or email even though you requested it.

Thanks I'll keep a lookout for the NOA1 because the text notification we received had no numbers.

Don't put anything in number 3. The bold text above says it's for persons that are not sponsored. Just 1 in number 1 and 1 in number 2.

It took us 5 weeks to get ours, give it awhile longer. You do have the receipt that you applied right.

Yes we have the receipt. It’s been 4 weeks and still nothing. We’ll wait another week.

Even though it's been that long it's a good sign because it has not been denied. Did you go to the save sight and did it say returned to requesting agency?
