Last checks - I-130 & A-130A form questions (merged topics)

I have the following questions about I-130 & I-130A forms:

1. I needed additional pages for I-130 form - I printed the petitioner name, beneficiary's name, beneficiary's A-Number, page number, part number, and relevant information (address history, since it has no specific item number), and listed all the additional information this way. Petitioner signed and dated these additional sheets. Did we miss anything?

2. I needed additional pages for I-130A form - I printed the petitioner name, beneficiary's name, beneficiary's A-Number, page number, part number, and relevant information (address history, since it has no specific item number), and listed all the additional information this way. Beneficiary signed and dated these additional sheets. Did we miss anything? Does petitioner also need to sign these additional sheets?

3. Beneficiary signed (by hand, in black ink) on page 3 of the I-130A form, and printed the date (selecting it from the form calendar). Along with the signature and dates on the additional I-130A sheets as mentioned in #2 above mentioned , is anyone (petitioner or beneficiary) required to sign anywhere else?

4. Since we are applying online, my understanding is that petitioner does not need to sign anything at all. Is this correct?

Please let us know if there are any last minute checks we can benefit from. We are afraid of making a stupid error, and looking forward to benefit from this community's immense expertise.

Thanks!

We need extra sheets for the address history of the beneficiary. We are calling it I-130A addendum. Beneficiary will sign and date each sheet of the I-130A addendum. Does the Petitioner also need to sign and date each sheet of the I-130A addendum?
