Dear community,

my husband is on active duty, I have a green card and my kids have neither because we didn't need that (and I wanted to avoid the conflict with their dad).

We are now facing a change of duty station and my husband would petition my two kids. According to the changes, the DCF option is no longer available. Or is it? I also read that the Washington DC /Fairfax field office is now in charge of our part of the world. Can we still file online? But nowhere on the online form is an extra box for a military family?

Or do we mail it to the US consulate in Frankfurt? I would appreciate if you could point me into the right direction.

Thank you!
