NO a K4 does not work.   Spouse did not come in on a K3 and K3/K4 is effectively dead.   I haven't seen a K4 in probably 4 or 5 years. @HRQX will probably give you the exact last time

A K4 would only be in conjunction with a K3 visa which are effectively dead at this point.
