Hi,

So im gathering all the evidences that I have.

I only have tax return copies that I have from 2016-2017 (joint with my husband).   We hvent filed our tax return for 2018, i believe we filed an extension with our tax guy.

will this be a problem if i dont send them a copy for year 2018?

my gc will expire on April 6.  And i want to submit my roc asap.

For now, I have the ff documents that's under our name:

-Lease agreement

-dental and medical card

-life insurance shows my husband is the beneficiary

-car insurance

-bank statement

-vacation (plane tickets from our last year vacation to Philippines)

-electricy bill under my name that shows our address

-water and garbage bill under my husband name that shows our address

-xfinity acct undr my name but shows that my husband have an authorization to access our acct

-pictures of different occassions and us travelling together.

will r this be enough?

Lack of filing tax year 2018 will be an issue.......even with an extension, they are long overdue.

Correct, most of the time a standard extension gives you until October of that year to file, instead of April. If you haven't filed yet I assure you if you owe money they are adding penalties and interest to your filling when you do file it.
