Question about RFIE and Indonesian Birth Certificate

Me and my wife just got a "Request For Initial Evidence", but the weird thing is, it's for something we already sent in. They're asking for her birth certificate again. We can send it in again but we're afraid that if we misunderstood what they actually want and send in the wrong thing our case may be denied.

 

Any thoughts? I wonder if they simply lost some paperwork or if the BC we sent in and somehow not considered by them to be valid.

 

(We're still working on our VJ timeline, it's a work in progress)

Is it in English?  Is it a formal, certified copy? (some jurisdictions have formal, comprehensive BCs as well as short, brief ones.)

Did you look up on the visa documents reciprocity website to see what format it needs to be in?

As above an English translation is a must.

They want the document in both Indonesian and English languages. I got a feeling the BC is not long form. it says on the BC "extract of birth certificate:" The juristiction is Central Java.

Is "extract of birth certificate" considered and long form BC or at least considered valid?
