I also learnt it doesn't take the consulate anything to check a box that you return your passport and fix a visa within 2-3 working days at the end of AP and duly satisfied. I'm convinced there is nothing God can not do. I'm positive and hoping strongly in God. Genuinely both of us are deeply in love and trust in God.

You are divorced, and yet there is a massive age gap with your fiancée, with no sentiments . The VO thinks differently and believes you doing this for immigration purposes. It’s unfortunate , Nigeria is one of the high fraud country, Even if your fiancée visited 3 times, it won’t change anything until you prove to them this is a real relationship. 1-more physical time with the USC and like I said a CR 1 may be the best option for you .

All commentators

I thank you all even if some comments ain't too clear. She visited me once within one and a half year of our relationship . She could have visited again but waiting in anticipation of getting through my interview. NOA1 and NOA2 went smoothly until the interview and we were sent into AP. Although we used joint sponsor and submitted new finacial documents and other details of hers and the joint sponsor . Could it be the reason for the AP to enable the embassy go through the available data bases to check out the newly submitted details ? As per number of visits , its once a physical meeting that's needed anyother visit is just to show commitment to the relationship I guess. We were duly approved by the USCIS and got through to the interview with a water tight file and pics and new AOS documents. Could this be the reason for an AP review of the file due new facts and info? Less I forget my fiancée wasn't working as at the time we filed but got a new job now with a letter from her employer showing she made $27000 olus her social security $6000 and we got a joint sponsor with $44000 per annum because of my 3 kids making us a family of 5 although my three kids are to follow to join later leaving just the 2 of us for now till before one year of visa which the 3 kids must be brought to the US. Could all these new info be responsible for the AP ? Thank you all

the question in the heads of the VO is , where is the mother of your kids? Were you divorced? When did you divorce? Show me the woman who would let her 3 kids go away! Is she dead? They doing background checks on you now!  Your case is showing immigration benefits to the VO. If you have a divorce cert, how about custody from the high court ? This is deep bro!  Immigration doesn’t care about emotions but facts and what they consider to be common sense to them. We hope to hear more details so that we can deliberate

Honestly when the passport has been returned and it goes in to A/P unfortunately that means  a denial is more thank likely. However you never know, anything is possible. CR1 is usually the next option once K1 is denied but wait until you get an official outcome before making any additional moves.

Why you judge like that? The guy have no issues, they just want to verify his divorce decree, I bet you if his divorce decree is authentic, they will give him his visa k

Nobody can foretell what they are looking into or what they’ll do. It’s wait and see game.
