Received a USCIS Text alert this morning at 530am (I live in California). 🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Probably the best thing to wake up to! Thank you everyone for the support and the advice and positive energy. Those who haven't received their approvals- your time is coming up soon 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Im gonna guess- that this was possibly approved yesterday and that their system doesn't update approvals til the following morning- unless they have a very enthusiastic agent that likes to work at 530am 😆😆. Either way , Im super thankful!

NOA1: Feb 6

NOA2: May 6

The second picture is a screenshot from the Lawfully app. Their estimate of approval timeframe was May 6- June 5. So they were pretty spot on in their guesstimate.

Revisit the instructions to insure you are executing the proper parameters to receive your intended outcome.

Here's some tricks to use when answering and wanting to quote someone. This was such a large post from the OP that it should not be quoted or if you wish here are the directions when you are faced with a large post like this one is.

First, when you use the quote button, go into a LONG posts that you are quoting and if there isn't a need to have the entire post, just delete a small portion of it, but leaving enough of the original post so we can understand what you are replying to.

Second, you can use the "@" sign in a blank reply box then begin typing the person's nick to bring up a list with their name and select their name. If it is done right, you should see a blue box around their nick like this @Greenbaum. When you use the @ sign you would use it in a blank reply and not a "+" reply.

Third is just to use the "heart" icon and select "thanks". Don't really need to say thanks in a quote. (using your example, you were making a comment and a thank you so the way you presented yourself is fine.

I checked our case status online today and looks like our case was approved on May 8.

Fingers crossed for the rest of the February filers!

Sorry, edited to add:
NOA1: February 11, 2020

NOA2: May 8, 2020

So exciting!!! Congrats!!!!!! My NOA1 was Feb 13. I have now seen multiple approvals for people who were on or around my NOA1 date and it is thrilling! I expect mine to take longer but it just make the whole thing that much more exciting when you know it could happen at any time now... So happy for you :)

I'm not sure that this is completely accurate...our petition was not requested to be expedited yet was approved at 86 days (Feb 5th NOA1 - April 30th NOA2).  I know it's hard waiting... but its also hard once you have the 'approval'...cause you still have to wait!! I know I'm already chomping at the bit to get on that plane and head 'home'...but I also decided a little while back that I'd stop myself stressing about the when and why...then when you get the approval you'll be so much more thankful!!

NOA2 received today!

Total of 99 days between my NOA1 and NOA2 dates. :)

Now it's all down to waiting for the embassy in Bangkok to reopen. Well, maybe the extra delay will allow me enough time to ship over affidavit of support, etc, since shipment to Thailand seems to be slowed down as well. lol

Best wishes to you all!
