While you wait - We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

So I opened up an inquiry 2 weeks ago and I received a response stating "On 09/08/2020, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-129F to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Our records do not indicate that you are authorized for access to information related to this case.

Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations 103.2(a)(3) and the Privacy Act of 1974 prohibit release of information to persons other than the petitioner, applicant or legal representative identified on Form G-28.

What You Can Do
Please contact the petitioner or attorney of record for information regarding the petition."

Like I'm the petitioner. What type of response is this?!? I should be authorized. Im on the phone on hold right now. After 228 days, I receive this response 🤬

@smile101 whaaaaaaat 🤨 I'm so sorry. I hope you get some good news today. Keep us updated.

I'm actually very mad cause what type of bs response is this. Im still on hold and this time I'm gonna request to speak to the supervisor and to also transfer me over to the officer who is responsible for our case since thats what they told me on the phone last week. Its strange because last week I was on the phone with them and they spoke to the supervisor to look into my case and they said everything is fine and that there's no red flags and that I should hear from them. So what type of bs is this 🤬🤬

@smile101 oh geeze 😟 I would be super upset too. I'm soooo sorry. Please keep your chin up. Try and keep a level head when you are talking to them, people are more helpful if you sound grateful (even if not deserved). When you get someone on the phone, take a deep breath 💜 I'm sending good vibes your way.

So finally after 1 hour and 19 minutes on hold, I get a rep who had a nasty attitude, barely helped me and on top of that said that I have to wait 30 days starting today again to open up another inquiry and that I have to call 8:00 AM their time to speak to tier 2. After explaining 5 times how its hard for me to call at that time since im in the health field and working 7 days because of covid. This is just bs 🤬 and I give up.

our court's docs have not been reached to us yet 😡 it is almost 3 weeks

My advice to any new applicants that please check all the details before sending the form. My fiance's mistake to not sending the court's documents makes a nerve racking delay.

File a lawsuit and sue not only to have you case completed but for punitive damages due to stress. USCIS is our service, they work for us. Get a good immigration lawyer that's motivated to help. One quick search and I found these guys. Also, get your congressman involved and document all your calls.  https://www.fitzgeraldlawcompany.com/faq/suing-immigration-service/
