If your file shipped on 31st of March and website shows consulate received/updated on 15/06 it means they are working🤔?!

Yes they are working even though they are closed :) they still working. But you can't schedule for interview because manila embassy is still closed but you can schedule you medical if you want tho. But my opinion, just wait to open the embassy before scheduling your medical .. because medical will last for 6months only as I know. I hope embassy will be opened soon

Are you a part of the conversation over in the PI subforum found here?

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.

Just applied for the exemption to leave Australia today. 1000 words and 20 documents. Hoping for the best but they generally don't reply to just before the flight.

It looks like things will take a while.  IDK how everyone's ability to travel is affected right now, but Mexico is pretty open and many countries don't need a visa to enter.  Many countries are beginning to open to international travel, so if you haven't seen your fiancee in a while like most of us then this could be a possible option for a reuniting/vacation for a few days/weeks/months? At least until embassies in our home countries get back to normal.  Just a thought.  Good luck to us all.
