Did you not join the FB group I linked you?

Like, SO MANY more people/posts can help with your questions - since they're all from Canada, and are doing it.

I would also like to say everything is emailed, but since you sent P3 in early, that could mess with it, cause normally P4 would come 1-2 business days after you send in P3 WHEN THEY'VE ASKED FOR IT.

I sent a request... but wasnt accepted yet :(

Got reply from USA Embassy in Montreal.  They say they dont have a pending k1 visa for us... it might still be at nvc 😁 i sent p3 on Monday even though they didnt asked for it :D i saw one ready and sent it :D oh well.. gonna wait for P3 🤪

Can you please fill in your timeline? It's been asked a few times.

Also see the PDF of the first page of this thread. It's pretty clear on how to track where your case is.

They probably said that cause its still in a pile waiting to be gone through. This is why we wait to be told to send it in. Idk what to tell you now about it.

Edit: As the other person said, a timeline is also helpful.

Quick question. So I have a co-sponsor. For my fiance in his i-134 he is putting a household size of 3 correct? Himself, me and the K2. However, his father is going to put 5 - himself, his wife, my fiance, me and the K2. Is that right? I never really thought about it but they are fine being different?

Dependents would be anyone you are currently financially responsible for...   for example children and elderly parents. You do not include your fiance(e) as a dependent on the I-134 nor does the co-sponsor.   If you do not have any dependents, enter "None" for the Family Name (10.a, 14.a, etc)

That second ready could be because you contacted them.

Every time you email them, and talk to them, or they open an email to or from you, or even sends you and even emails you back, the date changes.

So now, you will have more than 2 'ready's before you actually get the P3.

And even though you sent in the P3, you might have to do it again when they actually send it to you BECAUSE you did it early. This is is why you wait for them to tell you to do things.
