A bit of a warning...it took me 4hrs to complete the 160 today due to very slow page downloading...and I have fiber optic internet...delay is likely due to high traffic I assume.

If one files for tax return,  and still owed some penalties and a federal tax , will one still be able to get a transcript even if he havent paid what he owed yet?  Thank you.

Hi guys I just put my code in the tracker and it said "Invalid Application ID or case number". I know the number is correct as I wrote it as he said and then I said it back to him. Is it just because the number just got assigned today?

There's no problem submitting the return without the payment. I would expect that will result in a transcript, but I don't know how long that will take. Just use a copy of the return you submit then? Include the W2's for sure.

I'm starting to be anxious about the transcript. He filed yesterday. Some told me that he can still get a transcript even if he still owe some penalties and federal tax. But some said a transcript will only be processed if he pay everything in full amount .

 

 Anyway,  thank you and yeahp in case we won't get a transcript,  I'll use a copy of the return and W-2's .

Hey guys. I’m a little nervous and want to check something. When I called today and got my case number when I asked how long the email would take the man said that he doesn’t know as my case has entered AP but usually that doesn’t last very long.

i didn’t even know cases went into AP at NVC. Should I be worried? I’ve read other posts here and most say it’s extra scrutiny but others say all K1 go into AP during this time so I’m not sure whether to stress or not?
