Hi everyone-

I have just recieved my interview date with the us embassy in dublin it is for 2 weeks time and I am really nervous- does anyone have any advise for me- I have previously overstayed my visa in the states by 362 days but have not attempted to return to the states in over 3 three years :blush: Has anyone in been in a similiar situation???

I would really really appreciate any :help: r advise that you can give me Please :(

i don't have any advice but just wanted to say best of luck and my fingers are crossed for you!

ROC Timeline

18 NOV 2010 Sent 1.8lb packet to USCIS in Laguna Niguel (day 1)

19 NOV 2010 Package signed for V SEMEGI (day 2)

24 NOV 2010 Package returned because USC didn't sign petition (day 6)

calendar reset

26 NOV 2010 Package sent out again (day 1)

29 NOV 2010 Package signed for by V SEMEGI (day 3)

29 NOV 2010 NOA1 issued (day 3)

03 DEC 2010 Hardcopy of NOA received (day 7)

07 JAN 2011 Successful walk in biometrics (day 42) original date 1 FEB

01 MAR 2011 Date on Approval notice (although it arrived after the card did) (day 94)

03 MAR 2011 Card received (day 96)

Hey Annie, i'm actually only new to this site and saw your bulletin. I am heading to the US embassy for my interview tomorrow and it is also in Dublin. I am really quite nervous but will all go well hopefully. I was just curious as to whether you got your visa? and had the happy ending you wanted?
