UPS Delivered my package on the 27th to Chicago, well "the mailroom" to be exact.   No response yet and they haven't cashed my check.     I am one day behind you in line !

Yeah, I'm still waiting too. USCIS did not even charge my credit card yet. Will let you know once I get update.

I send my forms I-131, I-1765, I-485. Did you get any response from them?

Not yet, but I am six days behind you if your package was received on the 21st, mine was on the 27th.    I had a i-485,  i-131, i-864.   So really for me it should be in a day or two if the time period is about the same.

The time period is not predictable.  It could be a week or it could be a month.

I sent all the above applications along with I-130 and I-130A. May be that is the reason that is the reason it is getting delayed.

I have the same. I attached I-130 AND I-130A

Ohh Okay. I think they are still processing application received on or before 24th Jan.

Doesn't happen in the order of what they received. Unfortunately a lot of things related to this journey is going to be unpredictable. While its helpful to estimate your statuses based on other people's cases, it also causes unnecessary stress and misery and worst of all Panic when your case doesn't follow the same timeline as others. SO my advice to people is always to be prepared to wait till the maximum processing time applicable. Like for example yeah start panicking if you don't get a receipt within 30 days of mailing your application and reach out to them. But until then keep calm and be patient. Because this is a journey. Sometimes long, sometimes short...
