Last 2016, my wife’s CR-1 visa was approved. But due to family concerns , she needs to go back to Phil. give up her green card last 2017. She secure travel document before she went home , valid until June 2018, she give up this too.

At present she has B1/B2 visa valid until 2027.

This time we are applying for IR-1 visa, our concern is how to fill up the Form 1-130. It asked information about passport already, but there is still follow up questions . Like;

1) “What is the beneficiary’s travel document number?”

>Which travel document is this referring to? abandoned green card, present B1/B2 visa or the travel document we secure before she went home ?

2)“ What is class of admission?”
>CR-1 or B1/B2?

3) “Where was the petition file?”

> I am in California when we file the CR-1 visa. She is in Manila, Phil. The visa center who took care of it is Nebraska. So, what should I answer?

California, Nebraska or Manila,Ph?

Your reply is of big help. Thank you.

1- passport number, as your spouse no longer has LPR status or a valid LPR card.

2-  class of admission is only relevant if your spouse is currently in the US. If yes, review the passport for the most recent stamp and CBP written class (in this case most likely B1/B2)

3- the previous USCIS processing center, which can be seen on the previous NOA1/NOA2 you got from  2016, in this case probably Nebraska, but it could be California. Best check your records, as you may have mistaken “visa center” for a USCIS Service center.

There is only one “visa center”, that’s the National Visa Center located in Portsmouth, New Hamshire.

Travel document is not applicable in your case.  You can just leave it blank.
