If you married within 90 days, an I-130 is not required.

typically in your case its time to file i-485 $1140 + $85 biometric fee. Most people also file for employment authorization (i-765) and travel document (i-131) that tend to be granted sooner than the green card and are currently free to file for with an i-485 application.

Not to worry you, but I would file ASAP. it's 1225.00 now, but if the fee increases get approved anytime soon, it will be over 2000.00 to file. And the fee increases are already in the works.

Forgot about that, I already saw they have the drafts of the form on the USCIS site. That could start anytime it looks like, and with the new Public charge ruling by the supreme court on Monday( Yesterday) I would bet really soon. Description below, I forgot about this...

USCIS, DHS recently published final version of the ‘Public Charge’ rule, officially titled “Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds”. In the public charge rule, they mentioned that, a foreigner’s likelihood of becoming public charge would be determined based on totality of circumstances of the individual, and they would use “Form I-944 Declaration of Self-Sufficiency” to assess the same. In this article, we will review aspects like who would need to file, how USCIS will use the details in form for assessment, what all details you will need to fill in the form like credit history, assets, cash, house details, etc..
