In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Not at that office, but I recently had my interview. I applied under the 5 years rule. I was only asked to show interview letter, Green Card, ID and Passport. 

I brought a copy of the taxes just in case, but I had already submitted them online, so they didn't ask for that, nor did they ask for the originals of birth and marriage certificates, etc.

In other words, what is mentioned in the interview letter seems to be enough.

passed the test

straightaway said a decision cannot be made since this is through marriage . we need more time to review . 
we brought tonnes of documents but they didn't see any

So, she passed the Civics test but no decision was made about the interview itself? Thanks for coming back here and giving us the update.
