I've now filed two AR11 forms, attempting to register my address. I've two email confirmation, 9 days apart that it's been received.

It's not been processed. They've sent my green card to my attorney address, and USPS has bounced it straight back to USCIS. I, of course, don't find out about this until yesterday morning (Saturday) when you can't do anything about it.

Apart from calling them up and maybe getting an agent on the line, is there anything else I can usefully do?

I'd also like to mention that I have an egov and myuscis accounts. The online change of address for the profile just doesn't bloody work either. You can enter details but the save button doesn't work. I've tried three different browsers on my laptop (Mac), and two friends Windows PC's with MS Edge browser and even an older IE version. Just broken.

It's taken three phone calls but I resorted to ignoring that thing, calling up USCIS and going through the entire online AR-11 process with them while on the phone.

Seems the trick is to ignore any case statuses that say "completed" then do the following:

  1. "Yes" to "Is this change of address for an application or petition currently in progress?"
  2. Scroll down and spend a lot of time working out which is the correct application form number relevant for you.
  3. Put in your receipt number from the green card or EAD.
  4. Fill out the rest of the form.
  5. Pray like hell it works.
