So I lost my green card while traveling to India. I still have the i-512L travel document that was issued while the green card was processing. Can I use the travel doc to come back to the US and then file i-90 to get the green card reissued?

Is there an expiration date on the I-512L?

Technically, that AP document might not be valid........but if the airlines will let you board, then great........because once you get to the US border, the CBP will likely let you enter.....my opinion.
