Need advice to take US Tourist visa for my 8 yr old niece

If the parents had visas she’d get an interview waiver so ... that’s an odd statement. They don’t expect the parents to have visas in this situation. They’re still her parents.

Kind of related. My wifes grandniece came here with her grandparents. Parents took her to US Consulate. Grandfather did not go. Of course they were suspicious(as well they should be). After some discussion they granted visa. Anyway she came and spent five weeks here. Of course she was spoiled rotten while here. Good luck in her mother getting it back under control. Not my problem
