I am new here and I hope this is the right place where I can ask this question.

For K1 visa  interview, do I need to translate documents that are not in English? (Police clearance, birth certificate, divorce certificate). I will attempt the interview in Naples, Italy and my documents like the one I mention are in Italian.

Also for the medical exam, the vaccines list that I have, it’s in romanian, because I’m a Romanian citizen ( but resident in Italy )... do I have to translate it in Italian?

Thank you for the answers.

CO's will accept documents in the native language of whatever country you are in.

USCIS and NVC, however, will want translations.  Basically anyone competent in both languages can do a translation, if required.

All documents submitted to the US Consulate in Napoli must be in either English or Italian.

Not sure about the medical and or vaccination records. The consulate will schedule these for you when time comes at Istituto Diagnostico Varelli in Naploi. You may want to give them a call and see if they'll require translation from Romanian to English and/or Italian. A word of warning though, when you call Istituto Diagnostico Varelli  be prepared for long waits and several transfers before you get any answers.
