Yes they are old enough. The first one turns 21 in November 2020.

That kid needs to be in the US at least 1 day before he turns 21 or he will not be able to adjust status.

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

I just hope she would be able to make it. Its taking longer for things to be adjudicated. My application has just entered the 8th month.  I wish all could be over before she turns 21.

June 28th is currently the case inquiry date.  You should open a ticket with csc of you haven't already.

I actually did online on January 19th ( the day my application turned 7 month). The response I got was that I will hear something about my inquiry by February 10.
