F11 Visa Category( help needed urgently)

CAN A VISA APPROVED ON f11 be adjusted or converted to F31?

 

 

DUE TO 8 Year process time F11 applicant has Married and has one Cild. now Can NVC adjust her approved application status to F31? Or not? Should she has to file case through her lawyer to proceed the case or there is no Solution?

Their category will change to F3. They will retain their original priority date but they must wait for theOr PD to become current in the Visa Bulletin. They should contact NVC

They need to tell NVC about the marriage and child esp if they want their family to go to the US with them. NVC will update the category and they continue to wait. No need to file a new petition. Just going to be a longer wait. They family will be added to the ds-260 info

Please explain . I am  New to this visa blog. The priority date is in this case is 22 April 2013. Please help. We are very depressed due to this case. So many years have passed and still the situation is unclear.

We have told NVC all truth. One child and one husband mentioned in Ds260 info. Sponsor related and financials documents will be uploaded next week. Case was pending since September 2019 due to system issue as while paying sponsor fee it showed error. It has been paid after trying 5 months continously and with the help of NVC technical support team.
