Ypu must pay the fee. The system must be having issues. Give it till monday.

Sending email to NVC is a waste of time they are 60 days backlogged in response.

The sight might be doing maintenance also.

Just wait till monday.

4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
