Hi, I'm Siska, my husband is US Citizen and wants to file I-130 for me.

My husband has ever filed a petition for his ex wife and he wants to file for me now.

So, we answer yes on that part but he forgot when and where, and also i can't type on number 2.a - 5.

Should we just write it with ink?

please need help.
