Not yet. Maybe you can start one for us.

I am not sure I am the right person, well outside my comfort zone.

For some reason this keeps popping up as an advert. https://www.callfordress.com/

Ew. I can smell the synthetic fabric and sense the #dressfail from here.

We have clarification.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Just wondering why I was targeted.

Anyway back to the subject.

I liked FatFace and then it went corporate and the quality went.

I thought FatFace was only clothing, not beauty? Last time I was at St Pancras rail station I wandered in one and thought there was nothing in there for me.

Back to beauty, I am looking for a lip hydration product if anyone has any recommendations. Has anyone tried any of the products from Bite? I have read the vegan agave lip mask is good but I am looking for any personal recommendations. Boiler, TBone, please don't say Chapstik. My lips aren't chapped, they just feel a bit dry. Extra hydration by drinking more water isn't fixing it.

Edit: lol, shows you how long it's been since I've been in a FatFace -- apparently that location closed a while back.

Is this the first time you have mentioned drinking water?

Could this be the issue?

Silly, I drink lots of water. And not just uisge beatha. 😁

Actually I generally don't do day drinking.

Perhaps the Green Benches did not make it clear enough, Parliament.

it's been a hot minute since I've seen anything parliament wise, but I guessed that was the case.

She's like "what's with a shoulder" no lady, it has nothing to do with a shoulder.  It just looks too casual.  Like it's more casual than I wear for work as business casual and I work at a gym.  😶 Date night? YES.  Out to dinner with friends? Sure.  Hanging out at home? In an art gallery? Museum? On vacation? etc... YES!  at work? no.

I thought this was a lower forum though? I asked someone a long time ago, I think, about how it's divided and I thought it was the immigration-related stuff is the upper forums and everything else is the lower ones.

But back to topic (I have been reminded to try not to get too off topic), I am wearing this today: https://www.maisonmargiela-fragrances.us/en/product/526319/replica-whispers-in-the-library I adore almost all of the Maison Margiela scents, and for fall/winter, this and By the Fireplace (which makes me smell like a seductive campfire, or so I am told, lol) are my favorites. Summer, I like Beach Walk which smells like suntan lotion and sand and sweetness. Springtime it's definitely Lazy Sunday Morning. But I am completely obsessed all year with their Across Sands which works SO well with my body chemistry. For men, the two I like best are Jazz Club and Soul of the Forest, which is a unisex scent but smells better on Al than me.

The Bite agave lip mask is AMAZING! Hard to keep myself from licking my lips all day though cause it tastes so good haha.

Ordering this one too! The Kerasilk spray arrived this morning from Amazon and tomorrow is a hair washing day -- I will report back. If I hate it, it's all on you. :P

I have to order another pot of the Kerastase Discipline mask -- not cheap, but it has done so much to make my hair less poofy and problematic. I'm overdue for a haircut but have been putting it off because of the move (we have been in our new place for just over three weeks), so I need to find someone new. I feel like my whole life is based around "I need to find someone new to do [X]" right now. :crying:

I hope it works as well for you as it works for me. I will warn you that the smell is a little strong when you spray it, but it dissipates quickly and does not leave a smell on your hair afterwards. Good luck finding a new hairdresser, I'd give you the name of mine but Orange County might be a bit far for you to go.

I have a recommendation from a woman in my building whose hair looks halfway decent for a salon about three blocks away, so I'm going to try them out when I get around to it.

Just sniffed the spray and it smells a little strong, but I've smelled stronger! Speaking of, I made a colossal klutz move two days ago -- I found this rollerball I had of Carolina Herrera Good Girl, and I popped it in a wristlet. Then I forgot about it and when I went to get something out of the wristlet, it sproinged out of there and fell on the floor... the rollerball was made of glass, and our floors are hardwood. I have had the windows open as much as I can stand (been a bit chilly) to air it out and it's just starting to be less smelly now. It's a good thing (1) I like this scent and (2) my fiance likes it too -- he chose it for me, but even then when he came home he was like, what the [expletive] Layla, why does it smell like an expensive whorehouse in here?

Lips, the only thing I use is Homeoplasmine - everything else seems to sting/does not agree with me.

Diptyque Fleur de peau is usually what wear, I like that it smells clean and not too flowery/girly.
