Um, please, let's get back to topic.

Okay, I am wearing the Sud Pacifique Vanille Abricot today and it smells scrumptious. I smell like a delicious tropical birthday cake! Charlotte Tilbury cream eyeshadow went on so smoothly, and the color is this low key, blushy pink with just a tiny bit of sheeny sparkle. The grey khol eyeliner glided on and I had no problems smudging it for a little smoke. I have been using only eyeliner applied with a brush for some time because I hate how so many pencils seem to drag on the lid but not this one or the other CT one I bought the other week.

VJ really needs to up its game and have a smell function.

Couple of perfume samples coming today from Etat Libre d'Orange:

La Fin du Monde: "An ironic blast of pop-corn accord quickly met by a powdery blend of Iris and Gunpowder and brought to a subdued ending by Sandalwood." https://us.etatlibredorange.com/products/la-fin-du-monde-en

She Was an Anomaly: "A subtle yet unique blend of iris, enveloped by musk and sandalwood." https://us.etatlibredorange.com/collections/samples/products/she-was-an-anomaly-sample

Because I don't always want to smell like a tropical birthday cake. Actually, I most frequently wear Across Sands by Maison Margiela, but I frequently mix it up according to mood.

My can of Deodorant is empty, should have got another when I went to the Dollar Store. I will be hotting Costco in the next few days so perhaps it can wait, 33F now.

It was beautiful 2 days ago and now im back in jeans and hoodies!

On topic- beauty - if you want a workout program ladies, Jessiexs Fitness has a Bodyweight Beast program that apparently will kick your butt and needs zero equipment. Her JG40 program home edition is kicking my butt and I workout regularly.

That looks fantastic. Thanks! Our building's gym is closed and my exercise has been mainly brisk walks and yoga since the middle of March (I hate running).

Hi there!

I really badly want to dye my hair red (one of those I'm stuck at home impulses), but I am not sure if I can dye my hair before my immigration interview. I had one for March 27th, but it got cancelled due to covid. Hoping to get rescheduled soon fingers crossed!

I totally get the impulse to dye your hair -- I'm overdue for a cut myself though I haven't dyed my hair in a really long time (I have gone lighter and darker, but I wasn't thrilled by either). My fiance's hair is a total disaster right now, very long and shaggy. I tried to convince him to let me cut it but he said I was not allowed to touch his "coronacurls." 🙄 I keep up the impulse to be creative by trying out different eye makeup looks I wouldn't normally wear in "real life" -- normally I do a no-makeup makeup look, but with the only time I'm visible to the public I'm wearing a mask, I figured my creativity can be focused on the eyes.

To your question, I don't think it makes a difference if your hair is colored one way in pictures and another way at the interview. You still look like you! And yes, GO RED. :) I am a strawberry blonde myself, and there is strength in the Ginger Army. :D

Oh my gosh I totally get that🙌 my husband needs to have his hair always cut because of his job and with closures I've attempted to cut his hair since I'm visiting him. Let's just say being a hairstylist is not my calling 😂😂

I wish I can focus on makeup! Honestly I rarely wear makeup and when I do use three items 🤦 It's something I'd love to learn to do well :)

yes! I think I'll go for it! I'm just always so paranoid when it comes to everything immigration.

You can dye or cut your hair.

I need a haircut. I have too much hair for this warmer weather!

Hubs needs a beard trim.

Anyone tried natural deodorants?

No. I've always been a bit dubious-- like, what if it doesn't work and you end up being a little whiffy? Or a lot whiffy? I'm curious but unwilling to be a guinea pig!
