I have been cutting down on the makeup myself on days I'm not venturing outside. Now I'm obsessively stalking skincare products instead! I think I'm going to use this opportunity to start microneedling at home -- I got a system at Christmas but was too worried about using it because it causes redness that can last for a while. Well, only two of us in here and I think he can live with seeing me a little redder than usual!

 

Now to research serums......

The only thing I am still panic buying is therapy sessions. Here, I am cashing in all the Nectar points I have accrued over more than 30 years. If there is one advantage to having been on the mental health at-risk register for half my life, it’s that I have a therapist and psychiatrist who are there for me when I most need them. I am currently having three half-hour sessions with my therapist each week and one session every three weeks with my shrink to monitor my meds. I couldn’t manage without them and feel for all those who are stressed out and cannot get help. My therapist friend Debby says she has never been so inundated with people referring themselves, and neither she nor her colleagues have the capacity to see them all.

 

Being no longer Hirsute I do not have too much of a problem but certainly I have heard cries of desperation from Ladies concerned about upcoming cancelled hair appointments. Therapy could be the solution.

I put some make up on the other day just so i remebered how.  I bought some pipe cleaners to make some homemade masks.  I will scout target today to see if they have any.  Michaels is doing curbside pickup and i need odorless paint thinner.  I wonder if lowes carries it? Oh beauty.. im trying to wash my face properly.  I dont like the smell of the rosehip oil.  Can i get the oil without the added essential oils? Im trying aragon oil but Im not sure it's as effective on the zits?  Or im just stressed the F out.

Argan oil is supposed to be a game changer for many people but I've never tried it. I've had the worst breakout I've had in about three years and I swear it's the stress of worrying. That Buffet with copper peptides in three treatments has already reduced redness and sucked up oil, and the zits are on their way out. The rest of my skin feels very smooth. I'm still in bed so I can't tell you if I look glowy from it today! It's supposed to be for aging skin but I'd also read amazing things about its redness control, which I need with my rosacea. Is it better than regular Buffet? I don't know yet.
