What is the best time to call NVC?  I need to start calling to see if they have my approved petition package from USCIS.  When I call the 1-603-334-0700 number, I get a recording....it doesn't allow me to wait for a person.

Sorry for the delay....went out of town on a business trip. I called NVC on 1/29/2020....and was on hold for over an hour....but finally i got a live person on the phone right before 11:00 their time. They told me they received my package from USCIS on that day (1/29/2020.)...so i am just now waiting for them to assign a case number....probably in 2 more weeks from now.
